Position Job Description Requirement
Country Service Manager
  • Study and understand the market and the competitors in order to decide how to plan service model for the country.
  • Understand ASUS product roadmap and product portfolio from ASUS headquarters, select and plan the right service model for the product.
  • Decide and setup the service policy for the product line in charge, make sure we could achieve the required service satisfaction level with optimized cost.
  • Review and manage country service costs by Front-end ASP/RSP labor costs, local office expense...etc
  • Monitor country service KPI and build up audit process
  • Quarterly service business review and management: Including costs, expenses, control & management
  • Able to monitor biz momentum, competitor’s service strategy, prioritize targets and manage resources effectively
  • Good communicator who can lead an assignment and communicate with other dept and across the team.
  • Positive thinking, proactive and strong in execution
  • Language requirements: Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Working location: Flexible to change to any country
Technical Service Engineer
  • Global customer technical service
  • Global repair center on site technical support
  • Global products quality raw data analysis and response
  • Global repair/test processes announcement and technic transfer
  • Programs implement and execution
  • EE/System architecture relative background
  • Positive thinking, proactive and strong in execution
  • Good at team work and communication
  • Language requirements: Proficiency in English and Chinese, conversant with Pilipino or Hindi is a plus
Country Product Manager
(Open platform)
  • Base on 4P/1S to set up local sales strategy
  • Manage local channels
  • Maintain the influence of ASUS branding
  • Analyze local market competitors
  • Bachelor degree or above (Business related discipline)
  • Positive thinking , strong ambitious, passionate for work, strong ownership, and detail & goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of information technology industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English

Country Product Manager
(SYS Product)
  • Study and understand the market and the competitors, to decide which market segment we want to target, and how we are going to position our product.
  • Understand ASUS product roadmap and product portfolio from ASUS headquarters, select the right product & SKU to sell in local market.
  • Setup the right price for each product line& SKU to maximize the market share and profits.
  • Decide the go to market channel strategy and channel program to maximize the sales quantity & profits.
  • Co-work with marketing team to setup all the marketing activities to raise the brand position and preference for ASUS products
  • Understand the product and competition status to provide the correct forecast to headquarters
  • Monitor the sell in , sell out , final inventory status and take action to add /cancel the order & forecast , and to make sure we will not have any shortage or overstock problems Quarterly business Simulations and management: Including revenue , costs, profit, expenses, control & management

Global PC Product Marketing Specialist
  • As a PC-product marketer to take responsibility of product communication to target audience.
  • Work with product/engineering to define and roll out product features and unique selling points.
  • Work closely with local marketing teams to create appropriate, timely deliverable for the various audiences, which includes both end-users as well as channel and OEM partners
  • Develop and implement strategic positioning and messaging platforms, execute marketing plans, and define budgetary parameters.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Social Media team, PR team, Content Management team) to execute product strategies/tactics and deliverables
  • Familiar to market research and consumer study.
  • An understanding of PC products or electronics is preferred.
  • Territory / local marketing / PR experience in corporate or agency is preferred.
  • Good communication skill in both Chinese & English is a must.
